Innocent Catering is based in Tempe. We mainly cater to the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, but also deliver to the Lower North Shore, some Southern Suburbs and some Western Suburbs. If you’re unsure if we’ll deliver to you, please contact us.

Please note:
We require at least 2 weeks notice when booking catering for your party, and at least 3 weeks if you’re ordering a birthday cake in addition.

The minimum quantity for a party booking is 12 people. The minimum order for cupcakes is one dozen, and for marshmallows it’s one batch. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call any time.

Before making your booking, please make sure that you have read the ingredient listings for all menu items. If any of your guests have allergies to any ingredients used, please take this into consideration when ordering. A hard copy of this list is available upon request.

Delivery
All orders are delivered to your door for a standard rate of $25 if you live in the Eastern Suburbs or Inner West. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you’re out of these areas. We will ensure our items are delivered to you in the same quality they left our kitchen, but all liability ceases once the food is at your venue.

Payment
50% deposit is required at time of booking. This can be paid via Direct Deposit. The balance is to be paid 7 days prior to your event. If you have to cancel, you will need to notify us in writing at least 72 hours before your delivery date to receive a refund on your deposit. We'll email you our banking details for direct deposit when you place your order. Please use your surname or company name as a reference.
